Orange Shirt Day which is recognized on National Truth and Reconciliation Day, is a national event, held annually on September 30th in Canada. It is a day to honour Residential School survivors, their families and to remember those that never made it.
Xe Xe Smun' Eem means "Sacred Children" in Hul'qumi'num, the language of the Quw' utsun Nation.
50% of gross sales from every bag of the Xe Xe Smun' Eem blend will be donated to Victoria Orange Shirt Day- to commemorate Residential School Survivors, to honor their stories, and to commit to a healing that could help facilitate a path to reconciliation.
