We call it “SOLSTICE” in honour of the summer time traditions celebrated by cultures all over the world! This coffee is bright, sweet, and juicy. It tastes great as a filter coffee or as an espresso.
We’re using a blend of some of our favourite coffees right now to merge high acidity and deep fruit notes into a balanced cup of what feels like liquid sunshine. We’ve used two fairly bright washed coffees fresh from South Africa & South America and rounded them out with some of the sweet syrupy notes of the Jibicho natural. Creating a complex and vibrant experience that mellows out into pure, jammy deliciousness.
