Sourced from the rugged highlands of Huehuetenango, this coffee comes from a women’s co-op within the Guaya’b Asociación Civil, part of the Manos de Mujer program.
Despite challenging terrain and extreme weather, these smallholder farmers—each managing just a few acres—produce a beautifully vibrant and refined cup. Processed at GUAYA’B’s environmentally conscious wet mill, cherries are carefully fermented, washed, and sun-dried for consistency and quality.
Beyond exceptional coffee, the cooperative invests in organic farming, micro-financing, and childcare programs, supporting the future of its community and the land they cultivate.
