Back again this year from our friends at Common Goal coffee, we are happy to showcase this exceptional Ethiopian Natural. We were only able to get a few bags of this stellar lot so be sure to grab some while its available!

Grown in the highlands of Danbi Uddo Kebele in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this fully traceable lot comes from more than 500 smallholder farmers, each cultivating 2–5 hectares of land above 1800 meters. The cherries are processed at the Gigesa washing station, owned and operated by the Yonis family, and certified under both NOP and EU Organic standards. After hand-sorting and floatation to remove lower quality cherries, the coffee undergoes a traditional natural drying process on raised beds, lasting up to 18 days. The meticulous attention to detail at every stage ensures a clean, high-quality cup that reflects the care of both the producers and processors.
