Who says you cant have pie for breakfast?
This coffee comes to us from a selection of smallholder farmers from the Tolima region of Colombia and blew us away with its apple pie notes with a little pineapple on the finish.
Extremely versatile, we have enjoyed tasting this coffee on a variety of brew methods; from drip brew, pour over to press and aeropress we found that it not only held up beautifully to each brew method but showed us new tasting notes depending on the grind and method brewed.
