Produced by a dedicated community of 200 farmers united under Comercializadora Alianza Café, this coffee represents the best of Colombian traditions. Grown at high altitudes, it features the finest Colombia, Caturra, and Typica varieties. The beans are meticulously fully washed and dried on patios and elevated tables within solar dryers, ensuring optimal quality and protection from the elements.
