We’re excited to share this latest offering from our friends at Common Goal Coffee and Jaguara Farm in Sul de Minas, part of the historically rich Campo das Vertentes region. On the palate, it delivers a layered, fruit-forward cup with tropical and berry-like notes, balanced by a rounded candied almond finish.
Led by André Luiz and Natália, Jaguara has built a reputation for thoughtful innovation, combining agronomic expertise with sustainable practices to produce distinctive, high-quality coffees. This lot reflects the farm’s focus on experimental processing, using carefully controlled fermentation methods to develop its unique character.
