We hand select our green beans from farmers all over the world and roast them in-house, at their freshest. By roasting in small batches and pairing beans to specific brew methods, we introduce our customers to new coffees and unique brews every day. We have worked hard to develop sourcing habits that are open, connected, and present to the circumstances our producers face. In turn, we are able to work together with producers to deliver the best coffee possible. We are always finding ways to push the boundaries on what good coffee can offer, progressively educating our staff, and in turn, our customers. We are excited to be an integral part of growing an already flourishing coffee scene in Victoria, BC.
Because of our commitment to forge relationships through our craft, Discovery Coffee believes in working to grow partnerships with our farmers that are transparent and direct. By developing sourcing habits that are open, connected, and present to the circumstances our producers face, together we are able to form a team in the production of better coffee.
From seed to cup, farming to roasting, our beans are cared for every step of the way. We roast in-house and work hard to craft the flavour of every brew. We’ve been roasting since day one, and continue to get excited about every batch we produce.
