Finca La Esperanza is managed by the sixth generation of the Belismelis-Alvarez family, who have farmed coffee in El Salvador since the mid-1800s. Located on the slopes of the San Salvador volcano, the farm benefits from rich soils and careful cultivation. In partnership with Los Volcanes Coffee, the family produces natural-process coffees that highlight the region’s unique history and commitment to quality.

This summery, fruit-forward cup shines with nearly any brew method. We found that changes in brew method and grind gave us new tasting notes, with both fruit and floral notes emerging—especially as this coffee cools in the cup!
