We are elated to have this extremely unique and limited lot. Limited to around 300 special release tins this one will sell out fast. While being processed, these coffee beans underwent double fermentation with some of the cherry left on before being dried on raised beds. This process leads to some extremely unique juicy fruit characteristics and a candy like sweetness, while still having balanced acidity.

Supported by the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, this coffee elevates both flavor and farmers' livelihoods.
