This delicious and impressive single origin coffee is grown by smallhold farmer Maria Isabel Fernandez and processed at the Beneficio San Vicente dry mill. It is a unique coffee variety called Parainema, which was developed by the Instituto Hondureño del Café in the 1980’s. Like most hybrids, it was developed in hopes of building resistance to leaf rust and to pests. After a sip of this coffee, you’ll have something to write home about.
