We are happy to announce our first small batch of limited release tins. Starting out with this amazing Ethiopia Shakiso Gigesa Natural from Guji. This lot blew us away on the cupping table with a vibrant strawberry forward profile.
These new 200gr tins are fully reusable and come with a coffee valve on top, keeping your coffee as fresh as possible.
From the highlands of Danbi Uddo Kebele, 500 growers contribute cherries to the Organic-certified Gigesa washing station. Cherries are swiftly depulped, undergo a 36-48 hour fermentation, and a meticulous washing process. Drying on elevated beds for 10-12 days ensures a premium quality coffee. Owned by the Yonis family, Gigesa promises a rich experience, meticulously crafted with traditional methods and a commitment to organic excellence.
